Project Overview

This project supports a modular ticketing and access control system deployed across ski resorts, stadiums, conference centers, and tourist attractions.

The system includes multiple device types, each device operates in different environmental conditions, ranging from extreme cold outdoor ski areas to sunlight-exposed semi-outdoor entrances.

Multi-Device Display Integration Solutions

To support different hardware within the same customer system, FANNAL developed two independent yet complementary display integration solutions, each optimized for its specific application scenario.

27 inch Interactive Ticketing Terminal Display

Designed for self-service kiosks and information terminals.

Touch & Surface Design
 4mm chemically strengthened cover glass
 AG (anti-glare) etched surface

 TPM + Housing integrated structure
 Delivered with:
  • HDMI driver board
  • constant current board
  • power board
This reduces mechanical design effort and simplifies system assembly.

 Full lamination using liquid optical bonding (LOCA)
 

7 inch Access Control Gate Display Module

Designed as a core interface module within access control gate systems, especially in ski resort entrances and venue checkpoints.

 7” display, 800×480 resolution
 1000 nits brightness
 IPS technology
 Operating temperature: -30°C to 80°C (optimized for extreme cold environments)

Touch & Protection
 3mm strengthened AG glass
 Improved impact resistance and reduced surface reflection
 Industrial-grade touch IC for stable input

Structural Integration
 TPM + Housing design with edge sealing
 Adhesive dispensing and flattening process applied
This enhances sealing reliability under moisture, snow, and vibration conditions.

Optical Bonding
 Liquid optical full bonding (LOCA)
