This 21.5 inch Full HD touch display combines the AUO G215HAN01.3 TFT panel with a projected capacitive touchscreen and chemically strengthened cover glass. Designed for indoor industrial and commercial equipment, it provides a balance of display clarity, touch functionality, and front-panel durability for HMI systems, medical devices, and self-service terminals.
The 1920 × 1080 resolution provides significantly more screen space than traditional industrial display formats, making it suitable for graphical control interfaces, monitoring systems, and data-rich applications.
The 2.8 mm cover glass is chemically strengthened and designed to meet IK06 impact resistance requirements. This can help improve front-panel durability in environments where accidental contact or light impacts may occur.
The touch assembly supports ESD protection up to ±8 kV contact discharge and ±15 kV air discharge, helping reduce the risk of touch malfunction caused by electrostatic events commonly encountered in industrial and commercial environments.
The glass-glass touch structure provides improved optical stability and mechanical durability compared to film-based alternatives. The Microchip maXTouch controller supports accurate touch detection and long-term reliability.
The completed TPM provides 210 nits typical brightness. While the touch panel maintains a minimum light transmittance of 85%, the final TPM brightness depends on both the TFT panel and the touchscreen stack. For applications requiring direct sunlight readability, higher-brightness TFT options or optical bonding may be considered.
The USB touch interface simplifies integration with industrial PCs, embedded computers, and operating systems supporting standard HID touch protocols.

Full HD resolution provides more usable interface space, allowing additional controls, status information, and graphical content to be displayed without increasing screen size.
IK06 indicates a level of impact resistance for the front glass. While it is not intended for heavy vandal resistance, it provides additional protection against accidental impacts encountered in everyday equipment use.
Generally not. A TPM brightness of 210 nits is more suitable for indoor environments. Outdoor installations often require significantly higher brightness levels and may benefit from optical bonding to improve visibility.
Electrostatic discharge can cause temporary touch malfunction or system instability. Integrated ESD protection helps improve reliability in environments where users frequently interact with the screen.
Optical bonding is often preferred when glare reduction, sunlight readability, condensation resistance, or higher perceived contrast are important. Air bonding remains a practical option for many indoor industrial and commercial applications.
