The FN1010T027A is a 10.1-inch capacitive touch display that combines a 1280 × 800 TFT LCD with a projected capacitive touch panel via an optical bonding process. Designed for embedded HMI and industrial equipment, it delivers improved optical clarity, stable touch performance, and a durable glass front for long-term operation.
The touch panel is optically bonded to the TFT LCD, eliminating the air gap between the two layers. This construction helps reduce internal reflections, improve perceived image contrast, and minimize condensation inside the display assembly.
For equipment installed in environments with varying ambient light, optical bonding can provide a noticeably clearer viewing experience than a conventional air-bonded structure.
The 1280 × 800 resolution offers more usable screen space than lower-resolution displays of similar size. It is well suited to graphical user interfaces that display process information, control buttons, trend charts, or system status simultaneously.
The display supports 5-point projected capacitive touch using an industrial-grade touch controller platform. It is designed for responsive finger operation while maintaining stable performance during long-term use in embedded equipment.
A 1.8 mm chemically strengthened cover glass improves resistance to everyday mechanical wear while maintaining a relatively slim front structure. Depending on project requirements, the cover glass can also be customized with printed borders, logos, or functional openings.
The module combines the touch panel and TFT display into a complete touch display assembly, simplifying integration into embedded products. Standard display and touch interfaces make it suitable for a wide range of industrial computing platforms and custom hardware designs.

Optical bonding removes the air gap between the touch panel and the LCD by using a transparent adhesive. Compared with an air-bonded assembly, it can reduce internal reflections, improve perceived image quality, and help prevent condensation inside the display.
Optical bonding does not increase the light output of the LCD itself. Instead, it improves the efficiency of light passing through the display assembly by reducing reflections, making the screen appear clearer in bright environments.
The display provides 420 cd/m² typical TPM brightness, making it suitable for many indoor environments and some shaded outdoor installations. For continuous direct sunlight, the required brightness depends on ambient light conditions, installation angle, and enclosure design.
