The training schedule beginning with theoretical knowledge sessions, followed by two months of hands-on work experience in Fannal’s own workshop, which was immensely beneficial. The final phase of training included diverse and engaging assessments, comprising three exams.
From April to June, these three months flew by, and this week we celebrated the graduation of our first training cohort. The ceremony was attended by the mentors from various departments. They delivered speeches, expressing their expectations for the new graduates. The trainees also shared their experiences from the training period.There had a snack time in between. It was a joyful and enriching conclusion to the program.
However, this graduation marks not an end but a new beginning. Our new “Bachelor of Fannal Display” will now apply their foundational knowledge in their roles at Fannal. We believe these new seeds will grow into towering trees, contributing significantly to our company’s future success.
